Service description

Skinsight provides personalised skincare guidance based on facial photographs and a self-completed questionnaire. Our specialists review your submission and deliver a tailored skincare routine via email within 24 hours.

Important: Skinsight offers skincare guidance only. It does not constitute medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. If you have a diagnosed skin condition, are under dermatological care, or are experiencing severe or rapidly changing symptoms, please consult a qualified medical professional before using our service or following any of our recommendations.

Payment terms

The Skinsight analysis is a one-time payment of £15. There are no subscriptions, recurring charges, or hidden fees. All payments are processed securely via Stripe.

By completing payment, you agree to these terms and confirm that you are at least 18 years of age or have the consent of a parent or guardian.

Refund policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your Skinsight analysis. If you are unhappy with your report for any reason, contact us at support@skinsight.clinic and we will issue a full refund — no questions asked.

Limitation of liability

Skinsight provides guidance based on the information you submit. We do not examine you in person and cannot account for every individual skin sensitivity or allergy.

We strongly recommend patch testing all new products before full use. Skinsight is not liable for any adverse reaction, irritation, or skin response that occurs from following our recommendations or using suggested products.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from the use of our service is limited to the amount you paid for the analysis (£15).

Independence of recommendations

All product recommendations are independent and unsponsored. Skinsight does not accept affiliate commissions, brand partnerships, or paid placements. We recommend products based solely on what we believe will work best for your skin.

Intellectual property

Your personalised skincare report is for your personal use only. You may not reproduce, distribute, or commercially exploit the content of your report without our written permission.
