When you use Skinsight, we collect the minimum information needed to provide your personalised skincare analysis:

• Name — so we can personalise your report.
• Email address — to deliver your analysis and communicate with you about your order.
• Photos — three facial images taken in natural light, used solely for skin analysis.
• Questionnaire answers — your responses to our 10-question skin assessment.

Why we collect it

We collect this data solely to provide the skincare analysis service you have paid for. Your photos and answers allow our specialists to assess your skin and build a routine tailored to you. We do not use your data for any other purpose without your explicit consent.

How long we keep your data

Photos are treated as sensitive personal data and are automatically deleted from our systems 90 days after your analysis is delivered.

Email address is retained for as long as necessary to provide service correspondence, including handling refunds or follow-up questions.

Third parties and data sharing

We never sell your data to third parties. Your information is not shared with advertisers, marketers, or external skincare brands for promotional purposes.

We use Stripe for payment processing. Stripe receives only the information required to complete your transaction — they do not receive your photos or questionnaire answers.

How we protect your data

Your photos are stored securely and access is limited to the specialist reviewing your case. We use industry-standard encryption for data in transit and at rest. All team members who handle your information are bound by confidentiality obligations.

Under UK and EU data protection law, you have the right to:
